Bass that is. I caught a nice plump 7lb 14oz fish on Monday as well as a further five fish, with three around the 4lb mark. Weather was cold but there was still bait about as I also caught three Mackerel, three Garfish as well as a dozen Pollack.

As a clue , what were your exact co-ordinates for each of of the fish?
It would be easier to discover the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden than to find out where people catch their bass!
Perhaps that's it, he's not in Pakistan or Afghanistan, he's out bass fishing somewhere on the south coast! _________________ cheers, David dw

Aha! We've just narrowed it down to the south coast. _________________ Regards,

I like your style DW!
All our big Bass have come from Dorset but I sincerely believe that we will repeat similar captures next year from the Sussex & Hampshire coasts. It's not just where you are fishing but how. _________________ ~ Gonzo ~ |

Glad to see you are on the mend. Catching one of those biggies might just do it though! _________________ ~ Gonzo ~ |
