A new fly fishing magazine has been launched by Devon Guide, Pete Tyjas. Pete used to publish the online magazine, Eat, Sleep, Fish and has put together something really special. You can find out more here:

I will have a look at it.

I left all my reading material for my Cornwall break at home by mistake so bought a copy of Trout & Salmon.
Found the whole thing rather dull and elitist, talk of feeding the pheasants, walking the dog, two glass of wine in the land rover before I set off fishing Rolling Eyes
I wont be buying that again.

I received a copy yesterday, it is a great magazine more a book, the chapters in them are great reading lot of time and effort gone in to it. Will defintley buy again. Lot better then whats on your shop shelfs.

I also ordered todays flyfisher thats is ok too.

"Today's/Total Flyfisher" is now YESTERDAYS as it's ceased publication several months ago.

Hi there, I have around 40 yrs exp. of tying flies, incl. some semi-pro work. I've taught at adult evening classes, written for and supplied photos for most U.K. fly magazines. Given talks/slide shows/lectures/demonstrations etc. Am founder and life pres. of local Fly Dressers Guild (27years), our members have won more prizes for tying than any other similar club, we've also won several national flyfishing comps. I look forward to both learning from and contributing to this highly respected forum.

Jon - I think Total Flyfisher was relaunched online as Todays Flyfisher ... http://todaysflyfisher.com/ . Looks like they have also got a printed magazine of the same name. First issue out this month. Smile
