Have eleven which is probably nine too many. One I have never fished with!
How many fishing rods do you own?
Smile

Apologies if this subject has popped up recently

9 fly rods and a spinning rod - but that includes old knackered ones that I am too lazy to sell on Smile

I do 95% of my fishing with two rods, but it gives me a warm feeling seeing the others neatly stacked in the garage.

Lots more than I ever use. A few less than I want.

Not entirely sure without a count up but it'd be in the upper twenties I'd say. All sorts of stuff, fly, coarse, sea etc. Oddly enough it's all been used and I only own one rod that's not caught anything yet. All the others have fish to their name as do the myriad bloody reels I own. All the tackle brings me a lot of pleasure and I'd have a job letting any of it go. Cool

"Dear Mrs Allrounder,

You don't know me but I thought it best to write to you in order to drop your husband Alan right in it. When he told you he was having it off with a floozy from the strip club for all those years, he has in fact been going fishing. And he has 13 rods........

I know this must come as an awful shock to you but it needs saying. I expect he's also told you he's Father Christmas at this time of year as well hasn't he?

Yours

Etc. etc."

Good job she doesn't check out the Forum then Rich, because I forgot to include my 9' Diamondback VSR #6 weight. Lovely rod, light as a feather! Cool
