Does anyone own one of these? I have a couple of small skiffs booked and am thinking of buying a portable fish finder so I can use it with these as they're not fitted with them. Can anyone recommend a decent model?

Thanks in advance
MJ

You cannot go far wrong with the humminbird 110 - basic but it works - had one for some time before upgrading to the 798 model.
Adjustable clamp fits any boat.
Find the 110 here

110 detailed info and more pics

Rechargeable batteries last about a day and a half if ON all the time whilst afloat (approx 14 hours)

I have a fishin' buddy from before they were humming bird fishin buddies. Does the job finding wise but dunno how the new design clamp works as the old one was plastic and it would ride off the gunels if you started to motor with the finder in place.
